Auto Detailing Co. – Policy & Terms & Conditions

By scheduling a service or purchasing a membership from Auto Detailing Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Auto Detailing Co. offers mobile auto detailing services including, but not limited to, interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, waxing, polishing, and additional premium services as outlined on our website or service menu. All services are performed at the customer’s designated location, provided it is safe and accessible for our detailing team. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

All interior and exterior detailing services follow our standard service procedures. If a vehicle requires excessive labor due to pet hair, stains, neglect, or other unusual conditions, additional charges may apply. These will be discussed before service completion.

2. Monthly Memberships

To enroll in a monthly membership plan, customers must first schedule and complete a full-priced interior and exterior detailing service. This ensures the vehicle meets our maintenance standards, making monthly detailing effective and consistent.

Memberships include two (2) detailing services per month, specific to the plan selected. Details regarding pricing, included services, and benefits are listed on our website.

Membership Terms:

  • Memberships are non-transferable and apply to one registered vehicle per plan.

  • Services must be used within the same billing cycle; unused services do not roll over.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule services on time. Missed or unused appointments are forfeited.

  • Memberships must be canceled via the customer account settings on our website. Cancellations are not accepted via phone, text, or email.

  • All charges are tied to recurring billing cycles. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription through their account.

  • Additional membership and billing information can be found in the Accounts section by logging into our website.

3. Payments and Cancellations

  • All services must be paid for at the time of booking or immediately after service, depending on the selected payment method.

  • We accept major credit cards, mobile payments, and other secure forms of payment.

  • Recurring billing for memberships occurs monthly. Memberships may be canceled at any time, but services remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

4. Appointment Changes & No-Shows

To reschedule or cancel a service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee or refusal of future service.

5. Liability & Damage Waiver

While we take every precaution to care for your vehicle, Auto Detailing Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or unforeseen complications resulting from the detailing process. Our technicians may perform a visual inspection prior to service and note any existing damage.

By using our services, you release Auto Detailing Co. and its employees from liability for any incidental or accidental damage that may occur.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can resolve the issue. Service adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Right to Refuse Service & Refunds

Auto Detailing Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle at our discretion.

All sales are final. Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of the owner.
